I need to change/cancel my order.

You have 24 hours after placing your order to edit or cancel it. You can submit your request by emailing our customer service at


How long does it take to ship an order?

The general turnaround time for most products is 1-4 weeks. The reason for this amount of time is that each item is unique and customized. We can not produce your item until we receive your order, so we have to build the items as they are ordered!

(Turnaround times can fluctuate depending on popular ordering seasons, amount of orders being produced)

How are your sizes determined?

Our products are measured from the greatest points of the product.

Where do I enter my coupon code?

Once you have added the item/items you would like to purchase to your cart, click view cart. This will take you to your cart page. Click Checkout. You should see the gift certificate discount code box. You will enter your code in the box and click Apply. This should adjust your total.

Will my products be safe from weather?

Powder coating is standard for all metal art. Powder coating will protect it from the elements and make it safe for indoor/outdoor use.  Our powder coated items are run through a detailed process to ensure that your surface is prepared correctly and that your color finish lasts for a long time in an indoor or outdoor environment.



Damage / Return Policy

All of our products are made to order, and all sales are final. If you receive an item that is incorrect or you believe you may be missing part of your order, you must notify us within three business days of receipt as shown on your tracking information.  

What shipping serviced do you use?

We ship our products through the following providers, UPS and the Post Office.

LTL freight carriers will vary for larger items. 

Depending on your location in the United States, your package can take anywhere from 2-7 days to arrive once the label has been created. When your order ships, we e-mail you tracking information so that you can keep a close on eye on where your order is!

How thick is your steel for your wall art?

Our products are cut out of 16-gauge American Made steel. This thickness was chosen to provide you with a solid and quality item that isn't too heavy to hang on your wall or door!


Why does the price change on certain options?

Some options maybe because of Stainless Steel. The price will increase accordingly. The initial price shown is the base price of the first size option the cost will increase with size increases.

Do I need to create a new customer account?

You can create a new customer account for the new website. If you use the same email that your previous orders were placed under, they will link to your account once everything has been transferred over.

However, you do not have to create an account if you do not wish to. You can check out as a guest.


How much does shipping cost?

Orders under $95.00 have a flat rate shipping cost of $8.75 to anywhere in the US.

Most orders over $95.00 will ship for free anywhere in the US. 

Fire Pits/Grills will have an additional shipping charge from $20.00-$200.00


My tracking shows delivered but I didn't receive my order.

 You will need to contact the local Post Office or UPS with your tracking number to file a missing mail claim.
